Adams State College is a public, state supported college specializing in liberal arts located at Alamosa, Colorado, United States of America. The school was founded by Billy Adams, a legislator on 1921. It was then named Adams State Normal School and originally specializes as a teacher’s school. The college motto is “Great Stories Begins Here”. The official color of Adams State College is green and white and its mascot is the Grizzly Bear. The college population is approximately 2,308 undergraduate students. The current president of Adams State College is Dr. David Svaldi.
